Standard Tariff

• Wisteria and Gardener's Bothy - GBP 79.00 per night - includes first two guests. GBP 15.00 for each additional guest. Under threes go free.
• The Smithy - GBP 70.00 per night (for 2) GBP 60.00 single occupancy per night. GBP 15 for each additional guest. Under threes go free.
• Single night stay supplement GBP 10.00 per apartment.

• 7 nights (starting on any day of the week) for 1- 4 people in Gardener's Bothy or Wisteria GBP 450; in The Smithy GBP 400. Any extra guests at GBP 15 per person per night. Under threes go free.
• Wisteria and Gardener's Bothy - GBP 69.00 per night - includes first two guests. GBP 15.00 for each additional guest. Under threes go free.
• The Smithy - GBP 59.00 per night (for 2) GBP 55.00 single occupancy per night. GBP 15 for each additional guest. Under threes go free.
• Single night stay supplement GBP 10.00 per apartment

• Rowing Group Bookings, £20 per person, per night for parties of a minimum of 8.  Please bring your own towels, sleeping bags or bed linen (pillows and pillowcases are provided).  For rowing groups of 8-9 guests, you may only book two apartments.  for parties over 10-16 guests, all three apartments can be booked. 

Pets

• There is a one off charge of £15 for dogs or cats. The price is the same whether you have one dog or cat, or more (maximum 3 dogs/cats). Please check with us before you book if you have large dogs.
