We reckon you can achieve £70 per person per night (based on the average hotel/B+B prices in the area) if you let your home.  This will undoubtedly increase during the Olympic period. If you register with Lakelets and fill in your questionnaire you can select from many different options so that your home is advertised for the price you choose and for the dates you are happy  to go away and let it.

What makes us different? 
  
Visitors to Windsor and the surrounding area now have the opportunity to experience their holiday in a real home, with all the facilities one would need. Nowhere else in the area offers this - from one week to several months - in a comfortable home environment. We have over 200 houses registered, not all yet available to view - but this offers a wide selection. From high quality homes on the river Thames to small flats in towns. Run by Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, there is 25 years' experience in lettings and 12 years' experience in self catering accommodation. We provide a unique opportunity to all those coming to the Olympics in 2012, to rent a house for a short or long period, running up to, during or after the Olympic period.  Our location is ideal for those visiting the Rowing and Kayaking events at Dorney Lake where the Olympics and Paralympics 2012 are being hosted.

Most homes will offer all the “extras” you often don't find in any other type of accommodation when you are away from home. We offer real homes not just holiday homes and definitely not hotel rooms!

Houses we offer for rental range from small and modern, to large and spacious. Maybe a large kitchen is your first choice, or a garden that looks onto the river Thames or a trampoline for the kids?  Perhaps six bedrooms are essential?  Alternatively it may be preferable to be in a location close to the rowing and kayaking events at Dorney Lake in a smaller cosier apartment with Sky HD to hand when you're relaxing in your private living room?  Flexibility is the order of the day.
